Dr. Chandler Rountree grew up right around the corner from the Johns Creek office. His interest in medicine was first sparked by seeing his next-door neighbor, a physician, take care of his own and the other neighborhood kids’ many sports injuries. He went on to attend the University of Georgia and studied Cellular Biology. He attended medical school at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta and completed his pediatrics residency at Emory/Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.

Dr. Rountree is thrilled to be joining Children’s Medical Group. He particularly enjoys developing long term relationships with his patients and their families. He likes golf, coffee, and the roller coaster of emotions that is Georgia/Atlanta sports. His wife, Garrett, is an interior designer. They are members at Christ Covenant Church and usually can be found trying different Mexican restaurants around Atlanta.
