This week we’re joined by our friends at The Village Vets: Dr. Will Draper, Dr. Stacy Stacy, and Dr. Carrie McColgan.

We’ll discuss Dr. McColgan’s recent mission trip to the Dominican Republic where they spayed and neutered and gave medical care to hundreds of animals in need. We’ll also cover senior animal care for Senior Pet Month.

Dr. Will Draper founded the Village Vets and is widely recognized for his contributions to veterinary medicine. Earlier this year, he won the national “Veterinarian of the Year,” as awarded by Purina.

Dr. Stacy Stacy has been honored as one of Atlanta’s “Best Vets” and a Five Star Veterinarian in Atlanta Magazine. Dr. Stacy’s veterinary interests include internal medicine, cruciate repair and infectious diseases.

Dr. Carrie McColgan received her DMV from the University of Georgia. In addition to medicine and surgery, she is passionate about welfare issues surrounding working animals in developing countries.

The Village Vets have offices in Decatur, Buckhead, and Lilburn-Stone Mountain.
