Lauren Schwartz, FNP-C of AllCare Primary Care and Immediate Care

This week, on December 21, we’re joined by Lauren Schwartz, FNP-C of AllCare Primary Care and Immediate Care.

Lauren believes that primary care is the cornerstone of health promotion and disease prevention—and that fostering trust and collaboration with patients leads to better long-term outcomes.

Born and raised in South Carolina, Lauren Schwartz brings over two decades of nursing and primary care experience to her patients. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Wofford College in Spartanburg, graduating cum laude. She later completed both her Bachelor and Master of Science in Nursing from Kennesaw State University, where she graduated magna cum laude and summa cum laude, respectively, and was inducted into Sigma Theta Tau, the international honor society of nursing.

Before joining AllCare, Lauren worked for ten years in postpartum and newborn care, three years in high-risk perinatal care, and six years in family practice. These experiences shaped her holistic, compassionate approach to care across all stages of life.

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending time with her family and staying active outdoors. She and her husband have three teenage boys and four dogs, and together they love spending weekends on the ball field, hiking, and camping as a family.
