On August 24, we are joined by Samantha Bachman and Patrick Donovan of CORA Physical Therapy to discuss the latest treatments for common injuries.
Samantha Bachman, MS, LAT, ATC
Samantha is a Florida native who graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Athletic Training. She has worked at all levels of collegiate and high school sports with a recent transition into the outpatient physical therapy clinic setting. Samantha is an avid runner and enjoys spending her free time running and volunteering with L.O.U.D. Runners of Tampa Bay.
Patrick Donovan, DPM
Foot and Ankle Specialist
Dr. Patrick Donovan is a podiatric surgeon specializing in ailments of the foot and ankle. He is a native of the Tampa Bay area and graduated from the University of Central Florida with an undergraduate degree in biology, minoring in molecular biology and microbiology. He received his doctorate degree from the Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, PA.
Following his graduation, he completed a podiatric medicine and surgery residency at the University of Florida Health hospital in Jacksonville, FL, the region’s only adult and pediatric Level I trauma center. Dr. Donovan’s training specialized in foot and ankle trauma, limb salvage, forefoot and rearfoot reconstruction, minimally invasive surgery, arthroscopy, and tendoscopy. He was involved in several research projects during his residency, presenting at both national and local conferences. Dr. Donovan takes pride in his patient care, with a special emphasis on ensuring his patients feel actively involved in their care and treatment plans.
In his spare time, Dr. Donovan enjoys boating, diving, fishing, and spending time with his wife and daughter.
