Dr. Darrell Carmen of Georgia Urology will join Dr. Bruce Feinberg on June 25! With Father’s Day not far behind us, we are honored to have Dr. Carmen bring his expertise to The Weekly Check-Up not only as a top doctor in Georgia but also as the recipient of the prestigious Father of the Year Award from the Father’s Day Council.

The Father’s Day Council, a philanthropic nonprofit, has recognized Dr. Darrell Carmen’s contribution to his community and on June 29 at the College Football Hall of Fame in Downtown Atlanta, he will be one of several Georgia-based recipients honored at the Father’s Day Council’s Father of the Year Awards ceremony benefiting the American Diabetes Association.

This ceremony salutes men in Georgia who keep their families as the number one priority in their lives while simultaneously juggling challenging careers and community interaction. These annual awards, which take place in select cities across the country, attempt to heighten awareness of the importance of fatherhood.
