Jon W. Wollenzien, Jr., D.B.A., Chief Executive Officer of Palmetto Health Council

Jon W. Wollenzien, Jr., has been the Chief Executive Officer of Palmetto Health Council, Inc. since February 1993. Prior to joining PHC, Dr. Wollenzien was the Vice President of South Fulton Medical Center, Atlanta, Georgia. SFMC was a 427-bed acute care, private non-profit Hospital.

Prior to joining SFMC, Dr. Wollenzien was an Associate Administrator with Charter Medical Corporation, a network of for-profit hospitals providing inpatient acute care and mental health services. Dr. Wollenzien’s first job was with Valley Health Systems, Inc., a network of Federally Qualifies Health Center’s in West Virginia. He received his undergraduate degree from Marshall University, Huntington, WV, in business management.

While working in Des Moines, Iowa, he completed his Masters in Health Care Administration from the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences.

Dr. Wollenzien received his terminal degree, Doctorate of Business Administration, at Nova Southeastern University, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. In 2005, Dr. Wollenzien was selected by HRSA and UCLA to participate in the Johnson & Johnson/UCLA Health Care Executive Program. Dr. Wollenzien is an Assistant Adjunct Professor at Emory’s Rollins School of Public Health teaching Operations Management to health policy and management graduate students.

Jeff Moore, DMD

Dr. Jeff Moore grew up in Stone Mountain, GA. From there, Dr. Moore attended Mercer University in Macon and graduated cum laude with a major in Biology. He then spent 5 years at the Medical College of Georgia earning a Doctor of Dental Medicine and completing a General Practice Residency (GPR). Within the GPR, Dr. Moore received additional training in dental implant placement, cosmetic dentistry, and IV sedation. He is a member of the Georgia Dental Association, the American Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry.

In his free time, Dr. Moore enjoys running, cycling, and growing peppers in his garden. He has completed several Ironman

Isabel Soles Talbert, PA-C of Palmetto Health Council

Isabel Soles Talbert is a Board Certified Physician assistant with Palmetto Health Council, Inc. Since joining Palmetto Health Council, Inc. in 1994, she has held various clinical capacities and was named Corporate Clinical Director in 2007. She continues to see patients.

Ms. Talbert graduated from the Medical College of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant Studies in 1994; and she holds a certification from the UCLA/Johnson & Johnson Health Care Executive Program. She has been recognized by the National Association of Community Health Centers for her committed service and leadership in advancing the delivery of quality health care to America’s medically underserved communities.
